Из словаря Макмиллана: термины, связанные с книгой. Среди прочего:

- bodice-ripper:  a book or film about romantic relationships in the 18th or 19th centuries, containing a lot of sex scenes;

- hagiography (also): a book about a person’s life that deliberately includes only good things about them;

- misery memoir: a book that someone writes about their own life in which they describe mainly sad things that have happened to them;

- omnibus: a book containing several stories that have already been printed separately;

- studbook: a book that lists the parents and ancestors of valuable animals, especially horses for racing or expensive dogs.

Вот про studbook не знала. Интересно, использует ли кто-то этот термин в еще более переносном смысле, т.е. о человеческих родословных.
